Cancel or reschedule.

Use this form to cancel or reschedule a training appointment. We record the time we receive it, and that time is used for the deadlines in our training policies.

• Reschedule free once with at least 24 hours’ notice.
• Cancel more than 48 hours ahead: 75% tuition refund.
• Within 48 hours: 50% tuition refund.
