Acceptance

By using this website (noblesfirearms.com), enrolling in any class, requesting an FFL transfer, or purchasing a firearm or accessory from Nobles Firearms LLC (“Nobles Firearms,” “we,” or “us”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our website or services.

Services

Nobles Firearms offers, or intends to offer pending applicable licensing:

  • Firearms training — Florida concealed-weapon license (CWL) certification, basic and advanced handgun and carbine, defensive shooting, home defense, women's, couples & family, group / church safety, use-of-force, emergency medical, and Range Safety Officer (RSO) certification.
  • Firearm sales — handguns, rifles, optics, and accessories (available once our Federal Firearms License is approved).
  • FFL transfers — receiving regulated firearms purchased online or out of state and transferring them to the buyer (available once our FFL is approved).
  • NFA / Class 3 services — suppressors, short-barreled rifles, gun trusts, and Form 1/Form 4 processing (available once our FFL with Class 3 SOT is approved).
  • Group and corporate programs — church safety teams, corporate active-threat training, group seminars.

Eligibility

You may participate in our services only if you meet all applicable federal, state, and local requirements, including:

  • You are at least 18 years old for long-gun transactions and 21 years old for handgun transactions.
  • You are a lawful resident of the United States and, for in-state handgun transfers, a Florida resident.
  • You are not prohibited from possessing a firearm under 18 U.S.C. § 922(g) or Florida law (felonies, certain misdemeanors, domestic-violence injunctions, dishonorable discharge, etc.).
  • You will complete and truthfully sign ATF Form 4473 at the time of any regulated firearm transaction and pass a NICS background check.
  • For training, you must be physically and mentally capable of safely handling a firearm under live-fire conditions and must follow all instructor and range safety officer commands.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason, including but not limited to suspected ineligibility, intoxication, unsafe behavior, or threatening conduct.

Appointments

Our services are appointment-based. Confirmed appointments hold a specific time on our calendar. If you cannot make your appointment, contact us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule.

  • Late arrivals over 15 minutes may forfeit the appointment without refund.
  • No-shows forfeit any deposit on the booking.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to instructor illness, weather, or range conditions — you will be offered a no-fee reschedule or full refund.

Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations

Training

  • Class enrollment is confirmed when payment is received.
  • Full refund or credit if you cancel at least 72 hours before class start.
  • Inside 72 hours, we will credit your account toward a future session (no cash refund).
  • If we cancel a class, you receive a full refund or full credit at your option.

Firearm sales and transfers (when active)

  • All sales are final once the ATF Form 4473 is signed and NICS clears.
  • If a NICS background check is denied or delayed beyond statutory limits, the transaction is voided and any deposit returned, less actual pass-through fees (FDLE $5).
  • Transfer fees ($35 / $20 each additional) are non-refundable once the firearm has been logged into our bound book.
  • NFA transfer fees are non-refundable once the ATF Form 1 or Form 4 has been submitted.

FFL & ATF Compliance

We are a federally licensed firearms dealer (or will be upon ATF approval — see the pending notices on the site). All regulated firearm transactions follow federal, Florida, and local law, including but not limited to ATF Form 4473, NICS background check, Florida FDLE proof-of-competency requirements under F.S. 790.06 for CWL applicants, the Florida 3-day waiting period for non-CWL holders, and applicable Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives regulations.

Buyers, transferees, and trainees must answer all 4473 questions truthfully. Knowingly making a false statement on Form 4473 is a federal felony.

Training: Assumption of Risk & Waiver

Firearms training involves inherent risks of serious bodily injury or death. By enrolling in any course, you acknowledge and accept these risks and agree to follow all safety rules and instructor commands.

Before participating in any live-fire class, you will be required to sign a separate written assumption-of-risk and release-of-liability agreement. The terms of that signed agreement govern any conflict with these Terms of Service.

Bring required PPE (eye and ear protection — loaners available), close-toed shoes, a brimmed hat, and a high-collared shirt. We provide loaner firearms, ammunition, and targets for entry-level classes unless otherwise noted.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (such as injury caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nobles Firearms LLC, its owners, employees, instructors, and affiliates from any claim or demand arising out of your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.
